Deerhound Dogs:
Junior Dog : 1st and Best Puppy Cheshire. Kilbourne Nuin Of Deeranwith. Nice
youngster showing lots of promise, correct low set hocks leading into beautiful
hind quarters. Excellent width of body with good top line. Moved extremely well
despite being rather playful, but completely acceptable for a puppy of his age.
Junior Dog : 2nd Grimshaw. Jamalison Wintor Blizzard. This youngster is at an
incredibly raw stage at the moment, but moved with great extension and was very
true coming towards and going away. Needs plenty of time to mature.
Post Graduate Dog: 1st Grimshaw. Jamalison Sonata. Stood alone in his class,
but I was very impressed at how this youngster had matured since I had last
seen him, gaining a beautiful body with a very correct harsh coat in lovely
condition. Another dog from this kennel with exceptional movement. I think he
still hasn't reached his best. Best Dog
Open Dog: 1st Cheshire. Neroche Hennessy Of Deeranwith. Again this mature dog
stood alone. I feel this dog was not at his best on the day but still moved
very sound. He has good shoulder construction when compared with many male deerhounds.
Lovely top line and hind quarters. A good quality hound.
